From age 4 to seniors — Okinawa Goju-Ryu for over 45 years

Specialty classes

A minimum of 10 participants is required for a group to start.

Regular groups

Kids beginners 5-7

Sunday · 10:00–10:45 a.m. A class rich in learning, where Goju-Ryu is taught through traditional techniques and play: special workshops, foam-sword choreography (Chanbara) and spectacular games.

Kids beginners 8-11

Sunday · 11:00–11:45 a.m. Perfectly suited to children: karate techniques and the development of focus, agility, coordination and self-confidence, with a special workshop every class.

Kids intermediate 8-11

Tuesday & Thursday · 6:30–7:20 p.m. · yellow belt and up. The progression continues: technical work, katas and preparation for grade and belt exams.

Teens & Adults 13+

Tuesday & Thursday · 7:30–9:00 p.m. · beginners and intermediate. Dynamic, varied classes taught largely through individual and partner technique work — ideal for those who love action and pushing themselves.

Advanced adults

Tuesday & Thursday · 7:30–9:30 p.m. · brown and black belts · 14+. In a positive, safe atmosphere: katas, attack and defence techniques and bunkai development, with preparation for belt exams.
